Our bespoke and custom engagement rings typically take 4 to 8 weeks to create, depending on design complexity and gemstone sourcing.

Our ready-to-ship engagement rings are available for immediate dispatch. Once you place your order, we'll have your beautiful ring on its way to you within 3 business days unless you request resizing. A resizing typically takes 10-12 days.

Yes, all of our gold is recycled, and our gemstones are conflict-free, sourced from select global suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process.

At Ursula Rickmers, we've made the conscious decision to work exclusively with natural, ethically sourced diamonds. While lab-grown diamonds are often marketed as eco-friendly, their production can be energy-intensive, potentially resulting in a significant carbon footprint. Natural diamonds, when responsibly sourced, can contribute positively to local communities and economies. We believe that the timeless beauty, rarity, and ethical sourcing of natural diamonds align perfectly with our values of sustainability and exceptional quality.

We accept all major credit cards for all orders. For orders over $10,000 USD, we also accept wire transfers. To protect against fraudulent activity, the shipping and billing addresses must match for credit card payments.

You will be charged at the time your order is placed. This includes bespoke items that will ship within 4-8 weeks of purchase.

You can measure your size at home or visit a local jeweler. For surprise proposals, we offer a printable Ring Size Guide to help estimate your partner's size.

For Ready-to-Ship rings, you can request a custom size at the time of purchase. Bespoke orders are made to your specified size from the start.

Shipping is free to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. For other international destinations, rates are calculated at checkout.

Bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we're committed to resolving any issues on a case-by-case basis.

Ready-to-Ship rings can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please email rings@ursularickmers.com to initiate a return.

If you need to return a ready-to-ship item, there is a 10% restocking fee. However, if you're exchanging your item for another piece, we waive this fee. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to quality while offering flexibility to our valued customers.

Our customers in the US do not pay any customs duties and taxes

We are a Florida-based company, so our customers only pay state tax if it is applicable.

Yes, all international orders are subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the client at the time of delivery. Please refer to your local courier for current rates for duties and taxes at the time of delivery, as these can fluctuate by country.

We provide a one-year warranty from the delivery date, covering repair or replacement due to defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear, neglect, or accidental damage are not covered.
