At Ursula Rickmers, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure your peace of mind and the longevity of your precious piece.


1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

We warrant that all Ursula Rickmers jewelry pieces purchased directly from us will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date you receive your finished ring. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Discontinue wearing the piece immediately.
  2. Contact us promptly to arrange for an inspection.

If we confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace it if appropriate, at no charge to you.

Please note:

  • Due to the organic nature of our materials, we cannot always guarantee a perfect match to the original if a component or the entire piece needs replacement. However, we will strive to provide you with a piece as close to the original as possible.
  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from normal wear and tear.
  • If the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will contact you to explain available repair options and their associated costs.

Warranty Conditions and Exclusions

  • Warranty and maintenance services are available only to the original purchaser or their partner if the piece was purchased as a gift.
  • Any work done on your Ursula Rickmers piece by someone other than us without prior consultation and agreement will void your Manufacturer Warranty.
  • Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain repairs or maintain the integrity of your piece is not covered. This includes:
    • Scratches, nicks, and dents (inevitable with precious metals and not considered defects)
    • Damage from exposure to unreasonable force, harmful conditions, or improper wear/care/storage
    • Damage from continuing to wear a ring with bent or damaged claws/mounts
    • Loss of stones due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or impact
    • Warping of the mount/setting due to solid impact
    • Discoloration due to chemical exposure (including cleaning products, cosmetics, and chlorine)
  • Our warranty does not apply to the replacement of a center stone.
  • We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft.

We recommend taking out insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage not covered by our warranty.
