Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards for all orders. For orders over $10,000 USD, we also accept wire transfers. If you have any questions about payment options, please contact us at rings@ursularickmers.com.

Note: Ursula Rickmers reserves the right to verify the validity of any card used and may decline transactions based on the results.

Address Confirmation

For credit card payments, the shipping and billing addresses must match. This measure helps protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity.

Charging Process

You will be charged at the time your order is placed, including for bespoke items that ship within 4-8 weeks. Here's what you need to know:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
You'll receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.
For bespoke items, the lead time is 4-8 weeks. Our team will provide an estimated completion date.
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the payment method or currency.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

US Deliveries

There are no customs taxes for deliveries within the United States.

International Orders

International packages are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). This means:

Any value-added tax, duties, or taxes are not included in the sale price.
These additional costs may vary by location and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your local customs agency may hold your order until these fees are paid, which could delay delivery.
