Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer free shipping within the US, with all orders shipped fully insured via FedEx or UPS. Here's what's important to know:
- Orders will be personally arranged with you and will ship with your approval.
- We require written confirmation via email from the purchaser before shipping.
- If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please inform us immediately so we can plan accordingly.
- All shipments require an adult signature.
- Our customers in the US do not pay any customs taxes or duties.
International Shipping
We offer free, fast shipping to most international destinations. Estimated delivery time is typically 7-10 days for ready-to-ship items.
- Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions regarding available shipping methods or prices.
- We typically use FedEx for international orders but are open to discussing alternatives.
- All shipments must be made to a physical address with an adult present to sign for the package.
- All international orders are subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the client at the time of delivery.
- Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery due to customs issues in the destination country and returned to Ursula Rickmers will have all shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.
- Please refer to your local courier for current rates for duties and taxes at the time of delivery, as these can fluctuate and vary by country.
Processing Times
- In-stock items: We aim to ship within 3 working days of your order.
- Custom-sized rings: Allow 10-12 days for resizing and shipping.
- Bespoke pieces: These can take 4 to 8 weeks to create. We will contact you once they are ready for collection or shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Conditions for Returns
- Ready-to-ship pieces: These can be exchanged for another piece or credited towards a bespoke item.
- Resized rings: Rings that are custom sized to spec cannot be returned.
- Bespoke pieces: Cannot be returned as they are made to the client's exact specifications. If you have any issues with your bespoke piece, we are happy to resolve any problem to the best of our ability on a case-by-case basis.
- The returned piece must be unworn and undamaged, in its original condition and packaging.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
- All returned and canceled orders will incur a 10% restocking fee, except for items being exchanged.
- The purchaser is responsible for return shipping.
How to Return

- Our customer service team will provide further instructions for sending in your return.
- Your request will be answered within 1-3 business days.
Exchange Policy
Conditions for Exchanges
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt at rings@ursularickmers.com.
- Include information on what you're looking to achieve with the exchange and any other styles you may be interested in.
- Exchanged orders will not incur the 10% restocking fee.
- As many of our designs are bespoke or made to order, we may not have your first choice for exchange in stock.
- You may exchange your ready-to-ship item for store credit, valid for up to a year from its date of issue.
